Privacy, in plain language.
The Zero Standard includes zero privacy theater: we collect only what is necessary and tell you what we collect. This page is that promise, kept. No legalese, no 40 screens of boilerplate.
/What we collect
- 01What you type into the quote form.Name, email, phone, optional website, business type, team size, timeline, and the problem you describe, plus your answers to the follow-up questions. Stored in our own database so the reply and the call have context.
- 02Your IP address, for abuse protection.Two uses. It rate-limits the form so bots cannot flood it, and our web server writes it to an access log next to the page you asked for, kept 14 days and then deleted. That log is how we spot and block attacks. Never connected to marketing anything, never sold.
- 03Anonymous usage counts.Google Analytics tells us which pages get read and where visitors drop off in the form. We see aggregates, not identities.
- 04A crash report, if the page breaks on you.If something on this site throws an error in your browser, it sends us the error message, the technical trace, the page you were on and your browser version. Nothing you typed goes with it. It goes to our own server, not to an outside monitoring company, and it exists so a form that quietly fails on somebody's phone gets fixed instead of going unnoticed.
/What happens to it
- 01Ai drafts your brief.Your submission is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to draft the follow-up questions and the written brief you receive. Your problem description is not sent anywhere else.
- 02We email you and alert ourselves.The brief goes to your inbox. An internal copy and an alert go to the team so the one-business-day reply actually happens.
- 03We keep track so we actually follow up.Your name, email, phone, and where the conversation got to are kept in our own database on our own server, so nobody gets forgotten. If we do not hear back you may get a short follow-up email from us. Reply and say stop, and the automatic ones end immediately.
- 04If you book a call.Booking, when it is switched on, is handled by an outside scheduling service that receives your name and email in order to put the meeting on a calendar. Nothing from your Phase Zero submission is sent to them.
- 05Then a person reads it.That is the point of the whole thing.
/What never happens
- 01We do not sell or share your contact info.No brokers, no ad networks, no “partners.”
- 02No marketing list you did not ask for.Submitting the form gets you a brief and a reply about your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to anything.
- 03No data we do not need.The form asks for what a first call requires. Nothing else.
