Published, because you shouldn’t have to ask

Every number here is a starting point, not a quote. Your actual number is fixed in writing before any work starts, and it doesn’t move unless you change the scope.

Architecture Review

$2,500 fixed

Two weeks. We audit your systems, workflows, and tooling, then hand you a written plan: what to fix first, what to keep, what to retire. Hire us within 90 days and the full $2,500 comes off the build.

Website to web app

from $9,000

Your site rebuilt as a working web app: login, customer portal, installs on a phone without an app store, instrumented from day one.

Custom build

from $15,000

Most engagements land between $20,000 and $35,000. Enterprise consultancies quote six figures for this scope. We’re a fraction of that, and not because you get less. Small team, Ai-assisted delivery, infrastructure we own and run ourselves.

Revenue share

about half up front
plus a share of revenue

No budget, but the app will make money? If the software will generate revenue directly, we’ll build it for roughly half the normal fee plus a share of what it earns. Two conditions: the revenue has to flow through the app so it’s measurable, and you bring the customers. We’ll tell you inside a week whether the numbers work.

Intelligence

$3,500 setup
then $500/mo

Instrumentation, funnels, retention, session replay, one dashboard, and a monthly report naming the three things we’d fix next. Runs on software we built.

Care

from $450/mo

Managed hosting, monitoring, restore-tested backups, security patching, incident response, written SLA. Every build ships with a 30-day support window first.

What moves the number

How many user roles. Single-tenant or multi-tenant. How much has to work offline. How many outside systems it talks to. Whether existing data has to migrate.

Not every problem needs a custom build. If off-the-shelf is the right answer, we’ll tell you on the call, and you’ll have saved yourself the $2,500.
